Dec. 18: LZ5 vs SMAK, 4v4 Power match
LZ5 entered the Power ladder with a debut match against top-rated and undefeated SMAK, which owned a 3-0 record. Led by new member nO_ReMoRsE, LZ5 jumped out to a 2-0 lead on Streets but ultimately fell 3-2. The LZ5 team, which also included BigGuy, Milamber, and PhilTheKill, also put up a good battle on Import before losing there as well, 3-0. The match was played on the 3/5, 2/3 format (best of five on a map, first to win two maps). GG's SMAK.
Dec. 10-16: LZ5 match updates 
Catching up on recent match action, LZ5 broke even with three wins and three losses for the week of Dec. 10-16. LZ5 scored a 4v4 win over Clan Star, a 2v2 victory against Owning Duo (apparently not!), and a 3v3 pistols triumph over [BGE] - The BattleGrounds Elite. Defeats came against WON-TON WARRiORS (4v4), Rain (2v2), and Chronic Insanity (3v3).
Nov. 18: LZ5 vs. CHAOS Extreme, 3v3 pistols
LZ5 won another Pistols match, defeating CHAOS Extreme, 3-2, 3-0. It was a good close match on CSL with CHAOS going up 2-1 early, and then it was all Bass-O-Matic, Boba_Fett, and Milamber began sweeping the "streets" to win 3-2. Saddled with the unfavorable green side on Training, LZ5 showed Chaos how unfavorable it was for them to be Red on the map as the boys "trained" Chaos how to use pistols, 3-0, to win the match.
Nov. 16: LZ5 vs 101, CAL 6v6
LZ5 defeated 101st Screaming Eagles in a contest billed by the Cyberathlete Amateur League as the Match of the Week. LZ5 and 101 split Bank with three wins and two ties each, but LZ5 had the upper hand on Meat Packing, winning 3-1 after three ties. "Everyone involved did an awesome job at one time or another," said CarebearKlr. "Bass owned some mo fo's. Dictator took down some guys like he was Mean Gene Oakerland while Lametatron played thug. Rip definitely torn it up. Boom blew several people to smithereens, and I did a little of everything, including breaching Chicago. Definitely a great team effort."
Oct. 25: LZ5 vs xCorps, 2V2
LZ5 chalked up another win in the 2v2 with Ramrod and Boba_Fett eating up team XCorps. in Presidio Ramrod was dead on with 6 kills and Boba 3. Verdict: XCorps eats lead, 3-2. On Private Airport 2, Ramrod and Boba took no prisoners with a shutout, with Ram having 2 kills and Boba with 5. Verdict: XCorps will be catching the next flight home in bodybags as LZ5 flies the plane, 3-0.
Oct. 28: LZ5 vs FWF, 2v2
Collective Conspiracy swept Boba and Ramrod 3-0 on training, with LZ5 on the unfavorable green side. LZ5 (green) fought back and won 3-2 Presidio, but fell again (red) 3-0 on Island Estate 2. CC was very aggressive, and won the match 2-1.
Oct. 27: LZ5 vs CC, 3v3 pistols
Bass-o-matic, Boba_Fett, and Milamber took on FleshWound Freaks in a 3v3 pistol match. Match started off on Import with FWF taking a 2-0 lead and LZ5 coming back to tie 2-2, but fell 3-2. On to Training: LZ5 won 3-0 … 'nuff said!, FWF pwned on garage, 3-0. "It was a good match, and they all did a fantastic job," said Boba. "Get 'em next time boys!"
Oct. 25: LZ5 vs F(\)O, 4v4
LZ5 continued its winning streak with a 4v4 win over our friends F(\)O (Fayette-Nam Operative). LZ5 won 3-1 on Private Airport 2 and 3-1 on Oil Refinery. Kudos to the whole team (Deadcell, Lintball, BoomUrDead, and Boba_Fett) on Private Airport 2 with a perfect round, 4 kills no deaths. On Oil Refinery, .Linty, whose declared himself "The Man," backed it up with an impressive 14 kills, while Boom showed exceptional hiding kills on four occasions to save the team from losses.
Oct. 21: LZ5 vs. TAW, 3v3 pistols
LZ5's 3v3 pistols team scored an impressive win over The Art of Warfare, sweeping two straight maps to defend their 13th-place ranking. Milamber and Bass-o-Matic were an incredible force on Penthouse in the garden, and then it was Milamber and Boba_Fett in the stairs and they were pretty awesome, too. Verdict: LZ5 topples TAW, 3-1. Onto Training, with Bass and Boba holding their ground while Milamber was there for "Moral Support." Bass had an astounding 110 shots fired on with 8 kills, followed by Boba with 3, and Milamber with 1 (but a pretty good one nonetheless). Verdict: LZ5 narrowly defeats TAW in Training 3-2 to win the match.
Oct. 19: LZ5 vs. ODG, 6v6 CAL
LZ5 evened up its CAL record at 1-1 with a victory over Old Dudes With Guns. Playing the sparingly used Oil Rig map, LZ5 came back from a 3-5 deficit on Warehouse for a 5-2 score. Dictator, while not familiar with the map, did his best dropping the enemy, while CBK and Bogey both played "who's gonna get to the catwalk first." (CBK had two awesome barrel kills on warehouse!) Ramrod did a smaktastic job on Warehouse keeping the enemies out of our spawn, with Deadcell coming up from the rear to finish them off.
Oct. 19: LZ5 vs. WSC, 7v7
LZ5 defeated Wild Souls Coalition handily, sweeping Oil Refinery 3-0 with Deadcell and Boba_Fett unstoppable in the train yard, and with Lametatron being the evil rusher, killing anything in his way. LZ5 then won Presidio 3-1 with Ripuaprt and his "miracle nades" flying through the upper windows, forcing WSC team to flee to the staircases where they were mowed down by the LZ5 squad.
Oct. 18: LZ5 vs. TX, 2v2
LZ5's 2v2 team Boba_Fett and Ramrod took a convincing victory over the Texas Black Ops team, defeating TX 3-1 on Private Airport 2 before losing 103 on CSL. LZ5 then romped on Presidio with a perfect 3-0 score ( with no draws!). Ram did a heck of a job on Airport playing ring around the rosie in the terminal offices for the final round win while Mr. Fett was a marshmallow roaster on Presidio that paid off with 4 kills out of 6 possible total kills.
Oct. 18: LZ5 vs RS, 4v4
LZ5's 4v4 team lost a close match with Remoreless Soldiers. After going in the hole with a 0-3 loss on Import-Export all three going down to a nail-biting conclusion, with props to BoomURDead LZ5 was edged out on Shipyard, 2-3, despite the heroics of Lametatron.
Oct. 10: LZ5 vs BDA, 6v6 CAL
LZ5 lost a good match to our close friends at BDA in the opener of the new CAL season, with BDA winning 12-4 on Presidio and Import-Export. GGs BDA!
Oct. 8: LZ5 vs. TE, 3v3 pistols
DeadCell, Bass-o-Matic, and Boba_Fett took on the squad from |TE| in a 3v3 pistol match and came out victorious. LZ5 earned a hard-fought victory on Training, 3-2, with Boba holding off a 3 vs. 1 round to keep LZ5 alive. LZ5 then won Private Airport2 3-1 with Deadcell and Bass teaching TE| some valuable lessons in the flight school.
Sept 30: LZ5 vs. KO, 4v4
LZ5 continued its hot streak in TWL match play, winning a 4v4 match with Knights of Omnipotence. After narrowly losing Mountain Highway (red), Boba_Fett, BoomUrDead, Bogey, and RamRod swept the next two maps Oil Refinery (red) and Alpine (green) 3-0, 3-0,with RamRod leading the charge. "RamRod was the hot shit in oil and alpine!" raved team captain Bogey.
Sept 28: LZ5 vs. FU, 7v7
LZ5 won a tight 7v7 match against Fraggers United {FU}. Playing for LZ5 were Subhunter, BoomUrDead, Ramrod, Boba_Fett, Bogey, Falcon, and CarebearKlr. After losing CSL (green) 1-3, LZ5 bounced back with Boba leading the way on Private Airport (green) for a 3-2 victory followed by a 15-round campfest on Penthouse (green), which culminated with CBK getting the final kill for another 3-2 triumph.
Sept 27: LZ5 vs. TAW, 3v3 pistols 
LZ5's 3v3 pistols team Bogey, Lintball, and BoomUrDead defeated Art of Warfare (TAW), bouncing back after losing Island Estate (red) 0-3 to win Presidio (green) 3-1 and CSL (red) 3-0. "All three of us did extremely well and pretty much same amount of kills," reports Bogey. "We held our #15 spot on the pistols ladder."
Sept 27: LZ5 vs. FUKT, 2v2
Bogey and Boba_Fett lost a 2 on 2 to our friends MightKill and SitKill of FUKT, on maps Private Airport 2 (green) and Island Estate 2 (red). "We sucked, but they were very good," said Bogey. "No camping from either side."
Sept 22: LZ5 vs. LnD, 7v7
LZ5 defeated Legends Never Die (LnD) in a tight and exciting 7v7 match. Playing for LZ5 were Bogey, Boba_Fett, Milamber, Firedemon, BoomUrDead, Falcon, and Carebear_Klr.
Saddled with the unfavorable green side, LZ5 lost the opening map, Training, 0-3, but bounced back with a tight 3-2 win as Red on Mountain Hwy, with Boba and Milamber doing a great deal of damage. LZ5 won the match in another tight contest, as Red on City Street Large, thanks to the timely contributions from Boom. Team MVPs: Boba and Milamber.
